- Why am I seeing this new login screen?

We have made changes to improve the user experience and provide a more secure way of accessing multiple applications secured with KOG using single sign-on. If you have an existing KOG account, you DO NOT need to create a new account. Please use your existing KOG login credentials to sign-in.
- Login/Password Help

If you do not remember your password, need to reset your password, or your account has been locked due to too many incorrect attempts, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Enter the email address associated with your account and click the Next button.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password? link and follow the on-screen instructions. If you need further assistance, click here to view a user guide that will walk you through resetting your password.

- What is MFA?

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is an authentication method that requires the user to provide two or more verification factors to gain access to an app. MFA is a core component of a strong Identity and Access Management (IAM) policy.
- Why am I being prompted for MFA?
-
If KOG determines that a higher level of security is needed, it will prompt you to complete MFA. If you have access to at least one of the apps that needs a higher level of security, you will be prompted for MFA on each login attempt regardless of the app you are trying to access at that time.
- If you get the error message, “Your code doesn't match our records. Please try again.” while using Symantec VIP to complete MFA:

Please wait for 30 seconds and Symantec VIP app will provide you a new code. Copy and paste the new code and retry.

- Do I need to create a new KOG account if I am an existing user?

NO – If you are an existing KOG user, you do not need to create a new account. Please use your existing KOG login credentials to sign in or reset your password if you have forgotten it.
