Once you have reviewed the video or document, click here to get started. Then select the "Citizen or Business Partner" radio button and click on the "Create Account" button.
- Need to reset your password?
- If you do not remember your password or need to reset your password, click here. It has two available options. You could either reset your password via email or via the mobile that is tied to your account.
- Need to unlock your password?
- If you entered an incorrect password 4 times, your account will be locked out. You can get access back to your account by trying to reset your password via the email, or via the mobile that is registered to your account click here.
- Are you a citizen or business partner updating email address/ phone number/ home address?
- Click here. Select "Citizen or Business Partner". Click the "Sign In" button and then navigate to Account Management after signing in.
- Created a KOG account but unable to log in and received a message "An account with this email already exists"?

- Creating a KOG account for Kentucky Medicaid Partner Portal?

If you are trying to create a KOG account for Kentucky Medicaid Partner Portal and received a message in reference to RIDP, please contact the Kentucky Medicaid Partner Portal Contact Center via email [MedicaidPartnerPortal.info@ky.gov] or By Phone:(877) 838-5085 Ext 1.
Note: You will need to provide your reference code when contacting Partner Portal.
- Received a "Token" error?
- Please contact the KOG Help Desk via email [koghelpdesk@ky.gov] with the subject line "MFA Token Issues".
- EKASPER user wanting to delegate an account to an employee or co-worker?
- Click here. Select the "Citizen or Business Partner" option and then click the "Sign In" button.
- Trying to associate with an organization and when you click on the link in your email, you received a "Link Expired" for user error message?
- This is because you have already gone through the process to validate the account and should be able to log in to KOG and navigate to the application. This link would expire and is available only for a one-time use.
- Trying to associate with an organization and when you click on the link in your email and you received a "Not Valid" for current user error message?
- This is because you are entering an incorrect email address. You need to make sure that the email account you are using is the email account you have associated with your KOG account.
- Searching for a specific application?
- Navigate to your KOG dashboard. You can click on the letters to sort alphabetically or click on hash (#) if you would like to see a list of all the applications. You can also enter the name of the application in the search bar and click the "Search" button.
